Day 1: Develop an alphabetized list of as many emotions as you can recognize in yourself and in people around you.

Day 2: Reflect on your eating and sleeping habits and create a one-month wellness goal: make sure you get at least 4 servings of leafy green vegetables and 8 hours of sleep, daily.

Mentalliti is an international collaborative inclusive solution created through #versusvirus Swiss online hackathon. Our initial idea and product was the development of card decks to boost mental health through easy energizers, mindfulness exercises, and creativity boosters. Since July 2020, we also provide daily calls-to-action that focus on boosting a different mental health characteristic every month.
